Just have a stressful day, an argument? Feeling tired or tense? Then stop, take a moment, find a tree, preferably one mature and/or fruit bearing.

Wrap your arms around it, give it a big hug and breathe...within moments you'll experience renewed calm as your mind, spirit and body are cleansed of negative energy.

Laughter is not only good for the soul, but body too. Encouraging the release of good hormones called endorphin  fifteen minutes of laughter is as good as two hours of sleep...
