Like many others before her, the story of Ruach's introduction to music is a familiar one. Born to a musical family in the tropical Isles of Jamaica, this daughter of the Caribbean's first exposure to singing and performing began in church and home. 

 

Writing and composing from the age of ten, this songwriter and singer understands and embraces the powerful vibrations of word and sound. Music is one medium through which Ruach chooses to affect the world... Sharing positive messages that not only entertains but also stimulates the soul and mind to rise to ever higher expressions of love for self, others and the world within which we live.

 

Ruach's music is strongly influenced by the rich culture of Jamaica and the positive vibration of Reggae...her genre of choice. Upcoming projects include collaborations with producers from Jamaica as well as internationally, shepherding the release of several singles and an Album in 2013.
